A

Advance Tickets

The Box Office is located to the right of the main gate at Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium. Box Office hours are Monday through Friday 11 AM to 5 PM and until the 6th inning when the Spire City Ghost Hounds are home. The Box Office opens at 11 AM on Saturdays and Sunday when there is a home game and remains open through the 6th inning. Holiday hours are subject to change. Tickets may be purchased in person, by calling (301) 815-9939 or online. Telephone orders cutoff THREE hours prior to the first pitch on game days. Tickets purchased online may be printed at home or left at the Will Call window.

Alcoholic Beverages

Alcohol is strictly prohibited from being carried into Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium. The sale of alcoholic beverages ends after the first pitch of the 8th inning. Maryland law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Therefore, patrons will be asked to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages. Underage drinking will not be tolerated and offenders are subject to ejection and arrest. Unique Food and Beverage and the team reserve the right to deny the sale of alcoholic beverages to any of our guests at Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium. Limit two drinks per customer, per transaction. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to leave Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium.

Announcements

Fans wishing to make a birthday or anniversary announcement are encouraged to submit their greetings to the Maid Brigade Guest Services Center upon arriving at the ball park. All requests must be submitted before first pitch. The Maid Brigade Guest Services Center is located straight ahead of the main gate. If you would like your announcement to be displayed on the video board, fans are encouraged to contact the Front Office at (301) 662-0013 prior to the game.

Anthem Buddies

Here’s your chance for your young athlete to line up on the field with the team players for the National Anthem. The Anthem Buddies package includes: 10 field level seats to the game, 10 hot dogs, chips and drink, 10 baseball souvenirs, 5 complimentary fun zone tickets for each participant, as well as your team being welcomed on the message center and public address system. Assistive Animals

Seeing-eye dogs and other assistive animals accompanying the disabled or visually impaired are permitted at Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium. Please contact us at (301) 662-0013 if any accommodations are required. All other animals are prohibited.

Autographs

Many of the Spire City Ghost Hounds players are available for autographs prior to the game as well as when they exit the field following the game. The entrance to the home clubhouse is located at the end of the first base concourse and that is where you can find our players before and after a game. Players are not allowed to give autographs while a game is in progress. Guests are asked not to climb onto or lean on the top of the dugouts or the railings that enclose the stadium.

Automobile Assistance

Limited automobile service will be available in the parking lots during and following our games. Locate the nearest parking lot attendant or a staff member if you require assistance.

Bag Search

You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium. By tendering your ticket and entering the stadium, you consent to such searches. If you elect not to consent to the searches, you will be denied entry into the stadium. We encourage all fans to enter the stadium early to avoid delays. Outside food and beverages are not allowed at Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium, with the exception of bottled water.

Banners/Flags/Signs

These items are all permitted provided the item is not commercial or offensive. Banners must not include profane language, advertisements, or political slogans. Banners or signs cannot obstruct the view of other guests.

Bike Racks

Bike parking is located in the front of Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium near the handicap parking. The team and the stadium are not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Birthdays

We offer a clean, safe, unforgettable environment to celebrate your child’s birthday. Our birthday packages begin with 10 field level seats to the game, 10 hot dogs, chips and drink, cupcakes, baseball souvenirs, and 5 complimentary Fun Zone Tickets per guest. Also included is a Happy Birthday song on the dugout and a digital party picture with an autographed birthday card. Check out our birthdays page!

Broadcast

Our home and away games are broadcast on our website and via the Mixlr app at frederickalpb.mixlr.com.

Comments / Concerns

Visit the Maid Brigade Guest Services Center, located on the main concourse facing the front gates to Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium, if you have any comments, suggestions, or concerns on game day. On non-game days, you may call (301) 662-0013 or email your thoughts to info@frederickatlanticleague.com and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you. For ticket-related issues, please contact the Box Office at (301) 815-9939. To better serve you at future games, we encourage you to complete a comment card, available at the Maid Brigade Guest Services Center.

Concessions

All Concessions are Cashless Payments (Nymeo Money may be purchased with cash at the Maid Brigade Guest Services Center to be used at concessions). We offer a wide range of food and beverage concessionaire at Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium. Four concession stands are located throughout Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium. Several portable concession stands are located along the main concourse. Please note that locations of all food and beverage stands are subject to change. Credit Cards

For your convenience, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted at our Box Office, Team Store, Mattress Warehouse Club and Suites as well as the permanent concession stands.

Disabled Seating

Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium is equipped with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) access and companion seating behind the back row of the seating bowl in sections 102, 107, 108, 119 and 120. Wheelchair Accessible Sections are also located on the main concourse behind both the General Admission and Reserved Seating sections. Those fans in wheelchairs that need assistance to the 100 Level are welcome to use the wheelchair lift which is located at the end of the main concourse on the first base side. The lift can accommodate persons in wheelchairs, scooters, and power mobility devices, to the mid-level seating area as long as the total combined weight of said person and device does not exceed 550 lbs. and is able to clear the platform dimensions of 31.5″W x 48″L. Please contact a Staff member or Maid Brigade Guest Servives to get assistance with the lift. There are designated ADA spaces along the concourse to accommodate all persons utilizing a wheelchair, scooter, or power mobility device. ADA accessible tickets are not available for purchase online. Please call (301) 815-9939 or come to the Box Office to purchase ADA access seating.

Elevator

Guests entering the Mattress Warehouse Club or Suite areas may do so via the passenger elevator located through the lobby behind section 205 near the Team Courtyard.

Facility Management

Ghost Hounds staff members are available on game days to address any facility-related issue that may arise. Please contact any employee, usher or visit the Maid Brigade Guest Services Center for assistance or call (301) 662-0013 to report any issues.

Fan Code of Conduct / Ejection

Fans are encouraged to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner that does not interfere with others’ enjoyment of the game. Profane or abusive language, fighting and public intoxication are not tolerated at Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium. Clothing with profane/abusive language is also prohibited. Entering the playing field is strictly prohibited. Anyone who does not adhere to these policies is subject to ejection and prosecution, as well as possible loss of ticket privileges.

Fan Interference

In the interest of player and guest safety, Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding fan interference with a ball in play or a player during the game. Failure to comply with the policy could result in immediate removal from Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium and criminal sanctions.

Fantasy Day

Come enjoy softball on the field, an All-You-Can-Eat picnic, carousel rides, use of the Mattress Warehouse Club and Fun Zone games. First Aid

The First Aid station is located on the third base concourse behind Section 206 or 208. If you should need medical assistance during the ballgame, please notify your usher or visit the First Aid station. The medical staff is identified by bright yellow shirts.

Food & Beverages

Atlantic League rules prohibit any outside food or beverage from entering Nymeo Field at Harry Grove stadium, with the exception of bottled water. Arrangements may be made on a case-by-case basis for valid medical purposes with the prior consent of management. Please contact (301) 662-0013 to make arrangements.

Foul Balls

Baseballs and bats may enter the seating area and fans are reminded to stay alert at all times. Fans are free to keep foul balls that are hit into the stands. Sections 101-116, 201-208, and some areas of General Admission are located behind the protective netting. The Spire City Ghost Hounds and its members are not responsible for any injuries resulting from objects flying into the seating area from the field and ask all fans to remain alert at all times.

Fundraisers

A team fundraiser offers a fun, effective way to raise funds for your organization. Choose a date and a rain date for your event that best fits your schedule, and then sell the significantly discounted tickets at whatever price you choose – and you keep all the profit! Gate Entry Policy

Gates open one hour prior to all team games. Please note that all game times are subject to change. All fans and their personal items are subject to physical searches prior to entry into the stadium. Umbrellas and cameras are allowed as long as they do not obstruct or distract from other fans’ enjoyment of the game. The team reserves the right to confiscate items not meeting this policy. Guests are encouraged to return unauthorized items to their vehicles. Management cannot safeguard items which are not permitted to be brought into the stadium. Rules prohibit any outside food or beverage from entering the ballpark, with the exception of bottled water. Arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis for valid medical purposes with the prior consent of the Spire City Ghost Hounds.

Giveaways

A limited number of premium giveaways will be issued to fans entering the stadium for certain games. Please remember that possession of a game ticket does not ensure or entitle the holder to a promotional item on that date and that only one item will be distributed per person. Giveaway items are issued per person, not per ticket, and fans must be physically present to receive a giveaway. Giveaways will be conducted at the front gate when gates open, which is one hour prior to all games. Please note that all game times and giveaway dates are subject to change.

Group Events

Group outings are the best way in town for your co-workers, church groups, team members, civic organizations or family reunions to enjoy an exciting night of entertainment without straining your wallet. Tickets must be purchased in advance through our Group Sales Department to receive special pricing and other benefits for your group. Call our Group Sales Department at (301) 815-9900 to find out more and make your reservation. All groups receive: discounted tickets, group welcome on the scoreboard and public address system and group name printed on tickets.

Guest Services Center (presented by Maid Brigade)

The Maid Brigade Guest Services Center is located on the main concourse facing the front gates to Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium. Here, guests may obtain information, offer suggestions, voice concerns and request assistance from our guest services booth representative. Fans can also sign themselves up for the 60+ Club or sign their children up for the Junior Keys Club here. Lost and found items are handled here as well.

 

I

Injuries

Please report all injuries to the nearest usher, stadium personnel, or first aid personnel. First Aid is located on the third base concourse behind section 206 or 208. FANS VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISK & DANGER of personal injury and all hazards from, or related in any way to, the event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the event, including, without limitation, injuries caused by thrown bats or balls. Holder agrees that Attain Sports & Entertainment Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium, and the participating clubs, are expressively released by the holder from claims arising from or any way related to such injury or hazards.

Keys Care

Our fans are welcome to make contributions to our charitable beneficiary, Keys Care, also known as The Joel A. Stephens Memorial Fund, a component fund of the Community Foundation of Frederick County at the Maid Brigade Guest Services Center, by calling (301) 662-0013 or by spinning the prize wheel at a Ghost Hounds game for a small donation. Nonprofit organizations that provide direct services to our Frederick County youth and young adults are eligible for consideration for a grant from Frederick Keys Care.

Kids Courtesy (presented by The Weinberg Center)

Youth athletes in uniform 12 years of age and under will be admitted free to any Sunday through Thursday regular season home game with the purchase of a regularly priced adult ticket at the Box Office on the day of the game. Athletes must present themselves in their youth sports uniform at the Box Office on the day of the game and at time of purchase of adult ticket, to receive their free ticket. Athletes will receive best available tickets (Field, Reserved, or General Admission), comparable to the purchased regular adult ticket.

Kids Run the Bases

Following every home game, children 12 and under can run the bases. Kids Run the Bases will take place following the conclusion of either the game or fireworks. A public address announcement will notify fans the order of post-game activities. Children who wish to run the bases should line up at the gate along the right field foul pole. Parents are permitted to stand in line with smaller children, and are then asked to wait at the first base dugout while the child runs the bases. Parents are not allowed to wait on the field or dugouts. Every child is allowed to run the bases once. Children will exit the field at the first base dugout.

 

L

Lost and Found

Items lost during a game may be turned into the Maid Brigade Guest Services Center. To check for a lost item after a game, please call the Front Office at (301) 662-0013. The item will be held by the Ghost Hounds for 30 days before being discarded. Any items found should be turned in immediately to Maid Brigade Guest Services, an usher or Ghost Hounds club staff member.

Lost Children & Missing Persons

All lost children will be escorted to the Maid Brigade Guest Services Center. Announcements will be made over the Public Address system to assist in locating their parent or guardian.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Lost or stolen tickets may be replaced with proper photo identification. Tickets will only be replaced for the ticket holder of record. This policy is for the protection of the ticket holder and will be strictly enforced. Persons in possession of tickets that have been reported lost or stolen will be denied entry at the gates.

Mattress Warehouse Club

The Mattress Warehouse Club offers guests a fine dining experience, coupled with the excitement of our Ghost Hounds baseball. Enjoy our delicious upscale menu served buffet style in our climate-controlled restaurant. Mattress Warehouse Club guests view the game from Club Box seats on the Suite Level of Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium and are attended to by wait service throughout the game. Nymeo Field

Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium is located at 21 Stadium Drive, Frederick, MD 21703. Seating capacity is 5,400.

Official Game

A game is official after 4-½ innings if the Ghost Hounds are ahead, otherwise 5 full innings must be completed for a game to be official.

Parking

Parking is free for all home games. Parking is available in the main lot directly in front of Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium on Stadium Drive. A secondary lot is also available off of New Design Road, just behind the right field wall. Handicap accessible parking spaces are available in front of the stadium. Guests with parking passes to the game are encouraged to park in the designated Reserved Parking area in front of Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium.

Picnics

All-you-can-eat picnic buffets are served in our tented picnic pavilion, located on the third base concourse, as well as our Courtyard area behind section 205. These areas are perfect for company outings, family celebrations, church groups and social club gatherings. Picnics with the team are a great affordable option for any group outing. Rain Out Policy

If five innings of a game are not completed (4-½ innings if the Ghost Hounds are leading), game tickets may be exchanged at the Box Office for a comparable ticket of equal or lesser value to any remaining 2023 regular season home game, based on availability. There are NO refunds. In the event the game is shortened, but official, or the second game of a doubleheader is rained out, there is no rain check or refund. Tickets may be exchanged any time after the game has been called and do not need to be exchanged the same day as the rainout. The exchange of tickets can only be done in person at the Box Office. We will report any news on our home page first. You may also phone us at (301) 662-0013 for information.

Re-Entry

Fans wishing to leave the ballpark and re-enter may do so anytime during the game. Upon leaving, the ticket holder’s hand will be stamped. Re-entry to the ballpark requires a visible hand stamp, as well as a valid ticket to the current game.

Restrooms

All restrooms in the stadium are ADA accessible and are equipped with baby changing stations. Restrooms are located on the main concourse directly behind sections 207 and 208.

Schedules

Pocket schedules are available at the Front Office or by calling the Main Office at (301) 662-0013. The Ghost Hounds schedule is also available at online.

Season Tickets

The Spire City Ghost Hounds offer a wide variety of ticket plans that will suit any fan’s budget and schedule. Our most popular plan, the Reserved Flex Pack, gives you the flexibility to choose when you use your 10 ticket vouchers. Smoking

Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium is a smoke-free facility. Vaping is also strictly prohibited. There are no designated smoking areas inside the stadium; however, smoking is permitted outside of the front gates in the designated smoking area. The smoking policy will be strictly enforced.

Souvenir Store

The souvenir store is located on the main concourse behind section 203. The souvenir store is open to fans in attendance during each game. To shop at the Ghost Hounds Store during non-game hours, fans can visit https://ghosthounds.shopbaseballcollective.com/

Suites

Enjoy the unique, all-inclusive amenities in the privacy of our newly renovated luxury suites. Accommodations include 14 tickets, 2 VIP parking permits and a customized buffet for your guests. For larger groups we offer a double suite that accommodates 28 guests, includes 4 VIP parking permits and a customized menu or The Visit Frederick Triple Suite, suitable for up to 70 guests! Nymeo Money

Nymeo Money are gift certificates that spend like cash. They are available in $1, $5 and $10 denominations and are redeemable for concessions, at the Team Store, for game tickets and for attractions and games in the FunZone. They are redeemable at any time during the season as well as in the gift shop during home games. Nymeo Money can be purchased in person at the stadium box office or by phone by calling (301) 815-9939 during normal business hours.

Tailgating

Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium is located on land that is owned by the City of Frederick and is part of their Parks and Recreation system. Picnic tables, under cover are available on a first-come basis and located in grassy areas outside the stadium gates that fans may use to tailgate. Consumption of alcoholic beverages and use of grills are not permitted.

Tickets

All fans entering Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium must have a ticket. Children 2 years of age and under are permitted free at every home game, but must receive a complimentary ticket from the Box Office or at the gate. This may be done in advance or on the day of the game. Please keep your tickets with you at all times and safeguard them from being lost or stolen. The reselling of tickets or selling of any items is strictly prohibited within the ballpark and outside of the Box Office windows. Fans are expected to sit in the seats for which their tickets were purchased and may be asked to show proof of ticket upon entry into various locations. Ticket Exchanges / Unused Ticket Policy

There are no refunds available for single-game tickets. Tickets are only good for the game date as shown on the ticket. No exchanges will be available before the date shown. Unused game tickets may be exchanged for a comparable ticket for any Sunday through Thursday Team’s regular season home game. Unused tickets must be exchanged during the season for which they were purchased. Any unused tickets to be exchanged must be taken to the Box Office. Please note that unused Picnic, Mattress Warehouse Club or Suite tickets cannot be exchanged for comparable tickets.

Upgrade Tickets

General Admission and Reserved Seats can be upgraded, based on availability, at any time in person at the Box Office. The upgraded ticket charge is the difference in price between the price paid for the original ticket and price of desired ticket. All fundraiser tickets will be upgraded at $7 for Reserved and $9 for Field Seating.

Ushers

To make your gameday experience more enjoyable, ushers will be positioned throughout the stadium during all Ghost Hounds games. Ushers are easily identifiable by their orange shirts. Please contact an usher if you have questions, concerns, or need immediate attention.

Will Call

The Will Call window is located at the Box Office, just to the right of the main gate. Proper photo identification is required when picking up tickets and only the ticket holder of record will be allowed to pick up the tickets. Will Call opens an hour and half prior to first pitch. Fans may pick up Will Call tickets in advance by going to any open Box Office window and presenting proper photo identification. Fans wishing to leave tickets at Will Call may do so, provided they are in a proper ticket envelope which can be obtained at the Box Office.
